-Custom Key Cards ($0.50 per card/$1.00 per room)
-Custom Key Folders ($1.00 per guest)
-Logo Coffee Sleeves ($1.00 per sleeve)
-Item handed out at Front Desk upon Arrival ($1.00 per item)
-Placing Item inside Guest Room (2.25 per item)
-Logo Cocktail Napkins ($500 for up to 1,000 napkins)
-Various Options for Branding in Lobby and Event Space
-Floor, Pillar, Escalator, Window Clings
-Flag Hung on Flag Posts on Front Drive
Please submit your advertising concepts to your Catering/Event Manager no later than 4 weeks prior to set up.
The above pricing is subject to change without notice and is non-inclusive of tax and labor and does not include the production of product as these are Advertising Fees for advertising at the hotel. Vendor Costs are not associated with these prices. Client is responsible for any damages to hotel property and any hotel labor incurred with installation. All installations must be removed no later than 24 hours after the end of event/convention.
