Here at the Hilton Minneapolis we have a blue energy culture where we like to celebrate team member achievements and recognize when individuals go above and beyond to enhance the guest experience.
One of the employee recognition programs we use is the Catch Me At My Best Program where we encourage our guests and our staff to fill out "Catch Me" cards about specific team members who exemplify our Hilton values. Team members can turn in the cards for an opportunity to win a prize. Cards are also posted on the employee communication board where we all can celebrate each others successes.

Once a month we also have a Heart of Hilton Award winner where hourly team members are nominated by fellow team members. Nominees must also display a positive and friendly attitude, have performance and attendance that meet standards and embody our Brand Promise and Blue Energy Commitment.
Every quarter we also have the Manager of the Quarter Award for managers and executive committee team members who embody our Hilton Values and act as a positive role model for others at the hotel.
